We understand that working remotely has become part of the norm. Additionally, we know that things such as timezones still need to be factored in when searching for potential candidates!
In response to this growing demand and feedback from our clients we have added a feature that allows you to select from which areas you would accept a candidate to work remotely.
You can do this from within each job listing so you can customise your requirements for each role.
Here are the steps to setting this up:
Firstly, find your job descriptions by clicking on the tab Jobs.
Open the job description by clicking on the edit symbol beside the position.
From here you can select whether remote work is available. If yes, you can then select specific regions from which you are accepting candidates for remote work, for example if you would still like the applicant to be within the same timezone as you.
IMPORTANT: If you select only yes to remote working - the default setting of accepting applications worldwide will apply.
