Why is the matching of my account turned off and how can I reactivate it?

Matching can be deactivated for a number of reasons:

  • Quality - in this case please follow the instructions our Support Team sent you via email.

  • Hired - when you mark yourself as hired for a position.

  • Inactive - you are not responding to companies on Messenger and/or you have been inactive for a few months. 

If you want to continue receiving job matches please follow these steps:

  1. Click on your profile picture

  2. Select the tab Account

  3. Go to the third tab Settings

  4. Scroll down and select Activate Matching
