Matching can be deactivated for a number of reasons:
Quality - in this case please follow the instructions our Support Team sent you via email.
Hired - when you mark yourself as hired for a position.
Inactive - you are not responding to companies on Messenger and/or you have been inactive for a few months.
If you want to continue receiving job matches please follow these steps:
Click on your profile picture
Select the tab Account
Go to the third tab Settings
Scroll down and select Activate Matching
