Our algorithm analyses and scores candidates based on factors such as skills, experience, and preferences, as well as evaluating feedback from candidates and HR managers (Experience Data). The scoring benchmark is dynamic and is continuously optimized in real-time. The scores are then used to match and rank candidates for each job description - matching the most suitable people to the best roles!
